The New Chesapeake Men for Progress Education Foundation held its ANNUAL MEETING at the Chesapeake Conference Center on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 6 PM.  

The NCMPEF organization is financially sound and will continue to flourish.  Chairman Al Alexander was re-elected as the chairman of the organization for another term.  Mr. A. Keith Chapman was elected as our newest board member.  The VACANCY of the secretary position will be addressed in January 2026.  Chairman Alexander stresses that we must work TOGETHER in the upcoming year to fulfill our mission- to provide educational scholarships, mentoring, and other educational programs and services to the youth in the City of Chesapeake.  He is excited about working with all the members and wants us to share ideas while forging ahead and striving for excellence!  Chairman Alexander will present a strategic plan in January to address updating the bylaws (the election process), streamlining our social media/website, and showcasing the mentoring program.  He wishes everyone and their families a safe, healthy, and wonderful holiday season!
