Mr. Dwayne Larkin received the UNSUNG HERO AWARD on Saturday, September 12, 2026.  Chairman Al Alexander presented the award to Mr. Larkin on behalf of the Membership Committee.  Mr. Larkin works quietly behind the scenes as the New Chesapeake Men for Progress Education Foundation’s webmaster and in-house technical support.  He has spent countless hours modernizing our website, providing technical support in meetings, and advising the board.  His expertise and dedication to the NCMPEF mission is much appreciated!
